English to Bangla Phrase-Based Machine Translation
Machine Translation (MT) is the task of automatically translating a text from one language to another. In this work we describe a phrase-based Statistical Machine Translation (SMT) system that translates English sentences to Bangla. متن کاملCzech-English Phrase-Based Machine Translation
Wedescribe experiments with Czech-to-English phrase-based machine translation. Several techniques for improving translation quality (in terms of well-established measure BLEU) are evaluated. In total, we are able to achieve BLEU of 0.36 to 0.41 on the examined corpus of Wall Street Journal texts, outperforming all other systems evaluated on this language pair.
متن کاملPORTAGE Phrase-Based System for Chinese-to-English Translation

متن کاملPhrase-based Statistical Machine Translation between English and Welsh

Our results indicate that the achievable performance for this language pair is among the better of those European languages reported in Koe...
متن کاملExperimenting with phrase-based statistical translation within the IWSLT 2004 Chinese-to-English shared translation task
This paper describes the system we built for the Chinese to English track of the IWSLT 2004 evaluation campaign. A one month effort was devoted to this exercise, starting from scratch and making use as much as possible of freely available packages. We show that a decent phrase-based translation engine can be built within this short time frame.
